All of the honeybees that we employ are the Three Banded Golden Italian honeybees. Most of our hives are located on the westbank in Avondale, Louisiana . Our apiary consists of approximately 50-60 beehives. They enjoy a variety of flowers consisting of Clover, Tallow, Ligustrum, Citrus, Blood Orange Blossom Citrus, and a wide variety of many other wildflowers.

Our bees are kept in high-quality hives that are tailored to their needs while being shaded by our many trees to keep them cool and comfortable. We take every measure possible in order to keep our bees happy, comfortable, and healthy in our apiary. Our professional beekeepers also care for and manage four other apiaries other than our own for customers.
